Business Strategist
Position Summary:
Provide coaching and resources to One Collective’s staff in the area of business, leading to innovation, improved strategy, and greater effectiveness in holistic transformation. Serve as a passionate advocate for business throughout the organization.
Duties & Responsiblities
- Serve on the Global Leadership Team
- Attend Leadership Intensive Training
- Provide in-Person and online learning opportuntinies to One Collective staff in the area of business
- Work with the Training Department to ensure learning on business is integrated into One Collective’s overall training plans
- Work with Catalysts and team members to assess community needs in the area of business
- Assist in developing innovative, sustainable solutions to the above needs
- Keep current on global business strategies and trends
- Identify like-minded organizations, resources and individuals for partnership
- Raise funds for One Collective per annual fundraising goal, including salary and ministry expenses.

Qualifications:
College education required, or equivalent life experience. Must be an active follower of Jesus.
Work Status:
This is a part-time or full-time global role requiring both domestic and international travel. Working remotely is permitted.
